Instructor of beginner and intermediate lessons
33% commission. Summer camp Instructor.(base)
Care for horses 2 days/wk.(base)
Take students to schooling shows(33%commission)
Take care of tack,arenas, and jumps
Light maintenance
Build up lesson business
housing and base salary

Need to be hard worker, not just delegate, Team player. Lead by example.
Take direction. Enhance program. Increase business. Must have ability to represent, as well as be a part of Bannon Woods Farm. Outgoing, Fearless,Lovable; Need I say more!

Accommodation

Instructor to share house trailer with present barn manager(female) Approximately 5 minutes from farm Includes all basic utilities (gas, lights, water) Horse gets full board which includes 12% pelleted feed and some of the best hay in the area including Alfalfa, Alfalfa/orchard, and Lespedeza

Benefits

Share home with barn manager(female) Full care board for 1 horse Eventually take over lesson program and become barn manager. Base salary 1/3 of all lessons given plus commission on taking students to shows, sales, etc.

The Facility

Currently have aprox 30-40 lessons per week and 300 students per year for summer camp. Recent addition of schooling show series at farm.
Compensation: bring own horse, shared living quarters with current female instructor . We have approx. 36-40 stalls, indoor arena, outdoor arena, and trails. Main business boarding, Summer camps, lessons (hunt seat) and light training. Also have adjoining forest trail riding. Website bannonwoodsfarm.com shows all.
