Adventure House Rusaliite is looking for:
Riding Guide/Groom for a horse riding facility, located among pristine nature of Rila National Park. Working couple possible.
Lead riding tours out in the mountain - we live in a very beautiful nature location with stunning mountain views and exciting trails for horse riding. Many of our visitors are foreigners, therefore you will meet riders from different countries and take them riding on diverse nature trails. All normal yard duties/farm work - feeding, cleaning, grooming, vet assistant, and lots of riding. 5 day work week!
Minimum Requirements:
- High level of horse riding (English)
- Grooming experience, farm work experience
- Excellent work ethic, reliable to work with minimal supervision
- Love for horses and other animals
- Good physical condition and ability to walk and ride for multiple hours
- Speak one of the following languages: English, Bulgarian, Russian;
- EU citizens or working visa holders for EU countries / Bulgaria - we do Not process visas. Please do not apply if you don't have a work permit for EU countries. Thank you.
Advantage (not mandatory):
- Long term occupation preferred
- Riding instructor experience
- Train young horses
- Car license, Tractor license or experience
- Farrier experience

Equestrian Employer Details
Rusaliite Adventure House is situated in south of Bulgaria, close to Greece border, among the beautiful nature in the mountains of Rila National Park. Miles and miles of wilderness hacking through pine and beech forests and to the mountain peaks. Hotel and riding school, a lunge ring, 4 paddocks where the horses stay in summer, and stable for the winter time. 17 well behaved horses, mainly Arabian, Paints and a show jumper. Mostly we practice trail riding, give lessons and go to/host Endurance racing.
