Home Rider with professional work experience as a young horse rider (including breaking of youngsters) and with dressage and optional jumping skills. . Depending on skills and hours competitive salary + Free accomodation (own apartment, fixed costs covered) + Paid holidays + Bonuses.

Official contract with insurance for 6-12months contract or permanent.Full time (40-48 weekly hours upon agreement).

Important: ONLY a small, lightweight person with around 58 kg weight will be suitable. We also have sportponies to ride. . Seeking a rider educated in classical English riding (dressage on level L + min.jumping on a good basic level) with a minimum work experience of 2 years in a former (similar) paid work position as a home rider.

For the right candidate there is also a possibility to compete.Mainly in dressage. We also do other disciplines than dressage like basic jumping or cross riding according to the age/ level of education of the horses/ponies.

Training of 5-7 horses a day depending on kind of work (groundwork, longing,riding). We have warmbloods, small horses, sportponies in different sizes and of different age (from youngster to educated sporthorse/pony).

You have to be able to ride on a good level of dressage and be confident with basic jumping. To prepare horses yourself (groom, put tack on) and turn some horses out on paddocks/pastures (together with the grooms). Mucking is not part of the daily routine.

We are located in the Czech Republic (member state of the European Union, EU) in a beautiful location close to the Sumava /Bavarian forest nationalparc area and only a few minutes drive until the German border.

There is a nice, dedicated team with returning staff from different nations. Training is also in English or German language available.
