We are looking for an asstistant trainer in one of our horse facility. Duties will include help with caring for horses and giving lessons to our riders. Helping with monitoring and managing horses programs, feed/hay and vet/farrier appointments. Overseeing the general smooth, professional, running of the facility daily and helping with clinics. Help create a positive, stress free, fun, relaxed, drama free enviroment. Possible housing on site after trial period. If you are qualified to assist with training, this may be a big part of your duties. You must be comfortable with starting young horses. You will work in an international team, so a well speaking english is an advantage. Our duties will include the running of our yard and training schedule of the horses and management of our grooms and riders. We are not going to horse shows from here.
Requirements
-experience with young horses and stallions -responsible, reliable, upbeat, positive -self motivated and friendly -observant and compassionate towards horses

The experience gained in working on this yard, in my 22 months is equivalent of at least 8 years worth of experience (in my opinion!). You will be privileged to have seen, to ride, and to take care of young future sport horses. Many, many will go under your care and some will touch your hearts and linger in your memories. Honestly, it is all hard work but it is so worth it when you see young horse develop under your care. The trainers are straight forward, very communicative and the fellow grooms and riders all come from all parts of the world. In addition to this, the trainers will impart their invaluable knowledge, the dentist who come on a regular basis (and you will get to know them as they will see to 'your' horses) as well as the vets so in this sense, you learn something new on a daily basis. No two horses are the same, and yet every one of hem have left an hoof mark on my soul. Thank you for all the experiences!
