• Location: Al Jawhara Equestrian Club, Saudi Arabia
• Salary: Basic Salary starting at $2,000 per month

Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess:

1. Proven Management Experience:

   • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage an equestrian club or similar establishment.
   • Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise staff.

2. Show Jumping Expertise:

   • Proficiency in show jumping techniques and knowledge of training methods.
   • Previous experience in organizing show jumping events.

3. Interpersonal Skills:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
   • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and respectful manner.

4. Proactivity:

   • Proactive approach to problem-solving and finding innovative solutions.
   • Ability to adapt to changing situations and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities As the Club Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing Club Operations:

   • Managing day-to-day operations, including horse care, training programs, and facility maintenance.
   • Ensuring the smooth running of the club and adherence to established standards.

2. Staff Management:

   • Supervising and supporting staff, including trainers, instructors, and administrative personnel.
   • Conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance and training as needed.

3. Event Organization:

   • Planning and organizing show jumping events, ensuring their successful execution.
   • Coordinating with stakeholders, sponsors, and participants to create memorable experiences.
