Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess:

  1. Riding Expertise:

    • Proficiency in riding and training horses of all levels, including children and beginners.
    • Experience in teaching riding lessons and providing guidance to riders of various skill levels.

  2. Show Jumping Skills:

    • Expertise in training show jumping horses and riders.
    • Knowledge of show jumping techniques, course design, and competition preparation.

  3. Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with students.
    • Patience and the ability to create a supportive and encouraging environment for learners.

  4. Certification:

    • Relevant certifications as a horse riding instructor or coach.
    • Additional certifications in show jumping training or coaching are a plus.

Responsibilities As a Horse Riding Instructor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Teaching Riding Lessons:

    • Conducting riding lessons for children, beginners, and riders of all levels.
    • Focusing on proper techniques, safety, and building confidence in riders.

  2. Training Show Jumping Horses:

    • Training show jumping horses to improve their performance and prepare them for competitions.
    • Developing training programs tailored to each horse's abilities and goals.

  3. Assisting in Equestrian Events:

    • Participating in the organization and execution of equestrian events, including show jumping competitions and clinics.
    • Providing guidance and support to riders during events.
