40 hours per week. Salary £24000.

Bonus

1. performance bonus £400 per year
2. Winter seasonal bonus October 2024 to March 2025 £600 payable April 2025.
3. Extra week's pay at Christmas after two continuous years of employment.

We are looking for a live-in apprentice to join our successful team. The position is live-in. Own horse subject to agreement.

Training, riding, and competing opportunities available for the successful candidate.

5 days per week, 4 weeks paid holiday per year. Accommodation, breakfast included and all live-in utility bills paid for.

A position at Collective Equestrian means you get the opportunity to work with beautiful horses, a great team, and wonderful clients. If you bring your own horse, there is plenty of training from the three international dressage riders on site. It suits someone who is motivated and is looking to progress both competitively and professionally. Staff on site are qualified to UKCC3 and BHSI standard.

Top class facilities including indoor and outdoor arenas, monarch stables within two american barns. Fantastic newly refurbished accommodation on site. Range of horses on site from youngsters to eventers to international Grand Prix dressage.

All usual yard duties involved, including hacking and lungeing.
