Job Responsibilities: • To support the existing team in all yard duties • To ensure the safety and welfare of horses, staff and all clients is imperative. • To be able to follow instructions, work solely or as part of a team • To help run competitions both BD and BS
Personal Specification:
• Must be punctual, professional and reliable • Multi-tasking is essential • Committed to the role and be able to take pride in your work • Fit and healthy for the role and the demands of an outdoor all-weather sport. Role Specifics: • Flexible working hours must include weekends • Potential accommodation and stabling for one horse • Ideally to hold minimum of BHS Stage 2 care however experience within the industry will also count • Confident handling big fit horses and youngsters, grooming, bringing in and turning out.
Requirements
Needs to be experienced and confident handling fit competition horses. MUST be able to work weekends. Own transport is essential as it is fairly remote. Be able to work independently and as part of the team. Happy to assist/ support in the running of competitions over the weekend.

Equestrian Employer Details
Little Mill Equestrian is set in 50 acres of well utilised grounds providing a full range of facilities from on-site hacking to competitions. We are based in a great countryside location with a mix of graded horses and young horses, mares and foals. 70m x 50m all weather menage, with a well drained sand and fibre surface. 60m x 40m all weather ménage, with a well drained sand and fibre surface. We aim to make competing an enjoyable experience, for all ages. We are an Approved British Dressage and British Show Jumping Venue, and we regularly run competitions and training sessions. We are proudly hosting the BD Winter Regionals and Petplan Summer Area Festival in 2024 along with the BD Quest Semi-Finals. We currently offer 7 day livery in our main barn of 19 boxes - All boxes are very well ventilated and provide adequate space. We have
