Exciting long-term opportunity for an experienced groom or grooming couple to join our growing polo operation. We're seeking someone who wants to build their career with us as we develop our facilities and expand our team. Based on a Dorset estate, we're investing in new polo facilities including an arena, with plans for continued growth.

YOUR ROLE: • Core member of our growing polo team • Managing daily polo pony care • Young horse handling and training • Supporting breeding program • Transport duties • Preparing horses for arena season • Grooming during summer season in Berkshire • Opportunity to develop additional responsibilities as operation grows

HIGHLY DESIRABLE: • 7.5 ton license • HGV license • Playing experience for exercising and playing young stock • Previous polo yard experience • Experience with young stock
