Sadly our current yard manager is relocating so we are on the look out for a friendly, enthusiastic manager for our riding school based in south west London. We are looking for a full time manger that can manage the day to day running of the yard with a positive and happy attitude. Your duties would include:

Managing a team of about 12 staff Organising daily jobs for everyone Teaching a select amount of clients each week of varying levels in flatwork and jumping Making sure all horses are cared for to a high level
Keeping health records for horses up to date Making sure the yard is always clean and tidy Doing a weekly tack check and recording this Providing training for junior members of staff Ensuring all health and safety rules are adhered to Basic yard work (mucking out, tacking up, making feeds) Making sure all clients receive a 5 star experience Ensuring all horses get regular schooling and training

We need someone that has experience managing a yard who Is an experienced rider. You must enjoy working with people and be reliable and passionate about your job. BHS qualifications a bonus but not essential.

You will receive weekly training towards your BHS stages and exams will be paid for. unfortunatley we do not have any accomodation available so you would need to live fairly local or have your own transport.

This is a full time position with your regular days off being a Monday and Thursday. 8.30am-6pm during the week and 7.30am-5pm at the weekends. One hour lunch break each day. please get in touch for more details. Only reliable, hardworking people need apply. To start early October.
