ideally we are looking for someone that is at NVQ level two at and is happy to train on for level three. We pride ourselves on being a very friendly yard especially as we are raising awareness of non-visible disabilities. We need someone who is empathetic to other peoples needs. The job will include all Stable management requirements, grassland management maintaining tack and harness grooming the horses turning them out fetching them in and basic sick nursing, Our team is very happy to train anyone who is unfamiliar with harness or tack that isn't a problem we just need people that are enthusiastic about learning everything about our industry.

As we are an RDA Carriagedriving centre there’s lots of training that is free of charge covering mental health first aid at work and various Horse healthcare. our club believes that you never stop learning every day is a learning day and we support each other with this. a lot of our horses and ponies have retired from Equestrian sports and therefore are very knowledgeable. I’m provided a learning experience that’s unique. We are all also an ABRS approved centre so that again there’s lots of training opportunities through the ABRS. All our staff and volunteers are very important and crucial for the club to continue. We consider this job has been incredibly important for the horses as well because you are first on the scene every morning and last on the scene every night to make sure all the horses have everything that they need. We the horses as an incredibly valuable members of our workforce and that’s why it’s so important to find the right person to join our team.

Dressage Carriage Driving

we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. Our club is a non profit community interest equestrian club that raises awareness of nonvisible disabilities, neurodiversity and health conditions. Promoting the many benefits of horse riding and carriage driving can bring to our community. Providing weekly instruction in both horse riding and carriage driving. Our members also compete in a monthly online competition called "Dressage Addicts" This year we also have a team competing at indoor driving trials. We are passionate about our horses and ponies and our staff and volunteers work incredibly hard to ensure high standards of stable management and horse care are maintained.
