Looking for someone to oversee and offer some assisted care to 6 liveries (soon to be more) on my yard nr Warminster. There are a further 9 stables for use as you would want (e.g. additional liveries, schooling/breaking, competition etc). There is an international sized floodlit indoor arena (65mx25m) and outdoor arena with full show-jumping course (60mx30m) which are currently under utilised. If you teach - these facilities would be available for you to use. There is direct hacking into Longleat Forest which offers the best undulating tracks in excess of 600 acres - virtually all off road. There are also just under 27 acres of well fenced, well drained fields and liveries can turnout 365 days of the year.

You would be self-employed and your own boss and I do not require payment for the empty stables whilst you build the business. I am now semi-retired having run a big professional yard for many years. This is my retirement project, but I've run out of steam and energy having built myself my dream, but a little too late in life!

The current liveries generate a good income and of course you have the facilities and stables to generate more. One livery is full, the others require turning out and bringing in, but there is more work/riding available from these liveries should you want and thus additional income. They are lovely people and hence I am keen to look after them. I could also offer you self-contained accommodation if needed. A pet maybe considered, but this does depend on fitting in with others already here

I need someone who is experienced and has a thorough, sound practical knowledge of horsemanship. Someone who has high standards to maintain a very tidy yard and able to continue to run the yard with the happy atmosphere that exists. Part-time relief staff are available to employ locally.
