- Job entails: Caring for 6-8 top quality dressage horses & a few retirees Monday-Friday from 6am-4pm.
- Occasional weekends for shows and clinics
- Duties include but not limited to; grooming, tacking up/untacking, feeding, therapies, etc.
- Must have experience! Looking for someone who is a team player and knows how to handle horses, groom & tack up, hard-working with a positive attitude, self-starter, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Any experience working with water treadmill, FES, and/or ice spa are a plus!
- Willing to travel to shows & Florida.
- Needs to have their own form of transportation.
- Pay based on experience.

Iron Rock Dressage is a privately owned facility located in Fairfield, California. We are a 8-10 horse operation that prioritizes the horses welfare above all. The horses' routine consists of hot walker, turnout, ice therapy, theraplate, water treadmill, riding, and more. A day at IRD includes caring for the horses, managing their therapies, and working them. Horses are worked Monday through Friday with the weekends off. Weekends consist of basic barn chores and turning horses out. We are a four person operation that share responsibilities for the horses in making sure they are properly cared for and are happy and healthy!
