We seek a well-rounded English trainer and coach who has the ability to Responsibilities: ✅ Training and exercising horses with a focus on performance and well-being ✅ Providing lessons to riders of various skill levels ✅ Overseeing daily barn operations, including feeding, turnout, and equine health care ✅ Managing staff, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized facility ✅ Ensuring the highest standard of horse care and facility maintenance Qualifications: ✔️ Proven experience in horse training and instruction ✔️ Strong horsemanship and handling skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and lead a team ✔️ Knowledge of equine health, nutrition, and training techniques ✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills We have comfortable, nice housing and will offer horse boarding spaces for horses in training. We have started a Pony Club chapter and are looking to build our young rider program and teach older adults. Multiple opportunities for catch riding and training horses are available as well. We are two hours from Colorado Hunter Jumper Shows in the Aspen and Carbondale area, four hours from Denver, and four hours from Salt Lake City. We are putting on small schooling shows here and bringing in seasoned clinicians. We need help coordinating these events.

Our barn has tremendous potential to build clientele and a resume. Whether you want to relocate from your current situation or are a new trainer starting out, this barn has the potential to grow and expand English riding. Our location also has many Western riders, which is an additional opportunity. This is a perfect place for a newer trainer who wants to gain experience and build a strong resume at a reputable facility. We are the area's first multi-ring, professional equine facility for English riding. Most local operations have backyard facilities, so this one opens up the potential for the right individual or couple looking to build an equine business. We have a hunter ring, jumper ring, dressage ring, indoor arena, and an outside track that circumvents the property and the beginnings of an XC course—we border BLM land, which has miles of excellent footing for conditioning sport horses.
