BeechGait Stables is a Private dressage farm in Northeast Florida, approximately ten miles or 15 minutes south of Saint Augustine, we are looking for a Horse Person to join our team.
We are looking for a full-time employee, groom, farm hand. A free place to live is provided on the farm including all paid utilities for the full-time employee. Living on the farm is optional but it is considered part of the pay and no commute to work is awesome. Living on a beautiful farm is great and it makes Night check easy. Must have Equine skills are; • Able to Handle and Lead Horses (most important you must feel confident around horses and like them) • Ability to work full time • Desire to Learn Horse care BeechGait Stables is looking for someone to help with the daily upkeep of a Horse farm and all the typical work associated with that, such as; cleaning stalls, making grain, feeding, filling water, turnout, grooming horses, picking feet, general farm maintenance, and night check. We need a Full-Time Person and possibly another part-time person. The ideal applicant is a team player with a strong work ethic, able to follow instructions, and able to handle higher-end Sport horses. We have 14 stalls in total with the workload typically split between 3 people daily and the trainer. Compensation is in the form of salary, free housing with all utilities paid. Beechgait is a beautiful facility with an oversized covered arena and mirrors, with semi-private and private turn out available. The work schedule is 5 days a week. The Opportunity to ride and train with a Gold medalist trainer is available. We have a great group of people and a wonderful facility with a strong focus on providing high-quality care for all our horses.

An on-site furnished apartment with all utilities included, or a shareable three bedroom two bath home on the farm are available and are included as pay. One well-behaved dog is welcome after meeting and approval.
