Requirements
Experience with Horses: Previous experience in riding and teaching riding lessons, with knowledge of horse care.
Comfort Teaching Youth: Ability to teach and mentor girls ages 7-17 in riding skills and horsemanship.
Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable, ready to create a fun, supportive learning environment.
Cultural Exchange Mindset: Willingness to embrace American camp culture and interact with staff and campers from diverse backgrounds.
Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively with other staff in a camp setting.
Fluent in English: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly instruct riders in English.
Availability: Able to commit to the full summer season (mid-May to mid-August).
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid International Travel Documents: Must hold a valid passport and meet visa requirements for the U.S.
