In search of a kind, capable rider to join our team. Position will mainly help with exercising and training horses in full eventing training program alongside head trainer, Karen. Grooming, tacking, lunging, and riding various types of event horses and young horses in training. Must be available Monday-Friday and have reliable transportation. Riding experience should include knowledge of dressage at least up to 2nd level and ability to jump 3' courses comfortably. Opportunity to teach lessons part time as well as work additional hours assisting barn staff when needed. Rider will have ability to cross country school many horses, have opportunities to clinic with visiting instructors, as well as potentially compete client horses in competitions.

Pay on payroll bi-weekly. Willing to discuss board for personal horse. Housing not provided. Team oriented atmosphere and a great position for a young professional to experience the ropes of a 30+ horse boarding facility with emphasis in dressage and eventing.
