Job description: Administrative Support: Duties to include handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
Communication: Responsible for effective communication, both internally and externally, acting as a point of contact for Surgeons and their contacts.
Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared, participants are notified, and meeting minutes are taken.
Scheduling: Communicate with clients and schedule appointments, manage day to day work flow and adjustments due to emergencies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that information is easily accessible and organized. Process patient and client forms for insurance.
Other Tasks: Assist with other clerical tasks, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and managing supplies.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to our equestrian clients.
Proficiency in Computer Software: Exceptional computer skills are required. Must be proficient in learning our practice management software, apps and other relevant business tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
