Our barn is a private show barn facility looking for a person to assist in the day to day operations as well as work directly with the training of the dressage horses. The successful applicant will be self-motivated with high standards and an appreciation for quality work. Job duties include some barn chores, grooming/tacking horses, and training the horses up to Gran Prix. We require you to be able to drive a horse trailer to help transport horses to designated areas and shows. Typically we do have a groom but should we not as things change you need to be able to step in and help as we all do. We only accept trainers who are light in the aids, good ground work, proven track record and have a love of horses, no aggressive behavior will be accepted here. Compensation includes salary, housing (new fully furnished two bedroom/one bath apartment with utilities included, wi-fi and cable.
