Sky High Equestrian is seeking a full-time barn/office manager.  This job is for the go-getter that loves to be in the middle of the action and finds multi-tasking a thrill.  This is not an entry-level position and not for the faint of heart.  The ability to thrive in busy and sometimes hectic situations is key.  This not a riding position and requires a steady personality who can handle all types of personalities.  Extreme organizational and computer skills are a must.  The right candidate will be reliable with an eye for details and excellent equine and horse show knowledge.  The job includes: Staff management – including hiring, training, managing, and terminating barn employees Barn ordering – including hay, shavings, feed, supplies, etc. Customer management – manage all customer interactions including billing questions, consignment interest, and discharge instructions when horses are placed Third Party vendor management – including scheduling and managing vets, chiropractors, farriers, braiders, etc. Client invoicing – creating and sending weekly invoices to a small group of clients and working with bookkeeper/accountant Equine data management – using Barn Manager app to track all things horse-related, and managing all horse show entries

This does include horse management/ and help with medicating as well.
