We’re looking for a passionate and experienced riding instructor to join our team! If you love teaching riders of all ages, working with amazing horses, and creating a safe and fun learning environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This part-time position offers a flexible weekday schedule with weekend availability required to meet the needs of our busiest days. You’ll be teaching mounted English Hunt Seat lessons to students of all skill levels, for riders aged 4 and up, including adults. In addition to mounted lessons, you’ll also conduct unmounted lessons, teaching students the fundamentals of horsemanship, horse care, and ground handling. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for riders to grow their skills and confidence while fostering a love for horses.
As a riding instructor, you’ll be responsible for teaching private and small group lessons, ensuring proper horse care during sessions, and creating a positive experience for all riders. Your expertise in horsemanship and passion for teaching will be key to helping students achieve their riding goals.
We offer a steady base of regular clients and well-trained lesson horses, giving you the resources to succeed. Our indoor arena ensures lessons can continue year-round. We follow a curriculum-based program that incorporates mounted lessons, unmounted lessons, and training, providing a structured and comprehensive approach to rider development. Compensation is competitive, based on your experience, with opportunities for commissions and performance-based growth.
If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
