Quiet property with boarders and a small lesson program. . Live in a quiet, pretty place, surrounded by horses and enjoy an easy going pace. Chores are six days a week which include by not limited to feeding of horses 2X daily, minor wound care along with medicating as needed, help farrier and vet, barn maintenance, stalls though the horses live out except when the weather is horrendous, and property stewardship. In exchange for a furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home with utilities included and a modest stipend. Must be able to lift 50lbs, teach beginner lessons (4 max), able to ride greenies either in Hunter or Dressage plus give horses a good in-hand foundation when we have horses available with opportunity to earn percentage from net sale price.
