Equine Work Experience
I have just graduated high school, so my experience is mostly from volunteering in various Polish stables. I have documents confirming me performing these services from 2015 up until the present day. Additionally, this summer I have volunteered in a stable in Spain on a work and travel basis, staying there for a month.
Specialities
I have worked with all types of horses - young, old, green, experienced, foals, stallions, mares, trained for dressage, show jumping, racing. I can and have worked both on my own and as a member of a team, I was able to perform to the fullest of my abilities in both scenarios. I have never recieved complaints about the quality of services provided or my commitment, but I'm always happy to hear constructive criticism that helps me to learn and improve. I always leave my workplace neat and tidy.
Type of Ride Work
In my riding career I had a chance to ride a lot of different horses, including green and young ones, with with varied characters and temperaments, of many breeds. I have mainly pursued show jumping, but my trainings often included elements of dressage on an intermediate level. On occasions I was asked for help in the process of starting a horse and received a positive feedback. I also regularly went on hacks (all year, in different weather conditions), often leading them.
Competition Details
I took part in a few local competitions a couple of years ago, but never enjoyed it and finally decided to give it up and focus on improving my riding skills at regular trainings. Because of that I have often assisted my friends and I have a lot of experience as a competition groom. I am no stranger to the stress and pressure of time that are an unavoidable part of the shows. I was also a part of the team in my stable that was responsible for organising small events and friendly competitions.
