Qualifications
As I've never sought this as a career opportunity,, until now, unfortunately, I have no qualifications to accompany my profile - In retrospect, I wish I had, as I believe, horses are definitely my 'calling' ... nearly 20 years later ... I am seriously interested in any opportunities available, that might further my knowledge and skills, in this regard.

Duties of Current Occupation
I'm a highly organized and efficient professional with over 16 years of experience running my own graphic design business. I've got a knack for administrative tasks, office management, and providing top-notch support to executives.
Equine Work Experience
I worked in a professional equestrian environment for around 6 years and was actively involved in stable management and horse care, assisting with show preparation and being involved in the day-to-day operations of the yard.
Specialities
Daily Horse Care: feeding, grooming, & exercising horses; Stable Management: vet & farrier visits, keeping the yard clean and safe; Show Prep: grooming, preparing tack, & handling transport; Horse Handling: all personalities of horses; Riding Experience: solid riding skills & understand the needs of different horses; Emergency Care: know the basics of first aid for horses & can spot when something’s wrong; Communication: worked well with owners, vets, & farriers, keeping the horses top priority.
Type of Ride Work
As I have been besotted with horses since I can remember, I have had the fortune of riding so many 'types' of horses ... From riding school ponies, holiday horses, show-jumpers, eventers and young horses, just off the track, to advanced dressage and show horses. Like I've said, I'm just a 'hacker', but I so appreciate the skill and work that goes into producing a 'competition horse'. I believe I have a natural affinity to horses, which has proven to bring out 'their best sides' ...
Competition Details
I have competed in two shows, personally, that were held at our yard, literally, just for fun and to participate - but I am not a competitive person, personally. However, I was involved in the prep of the higher competing horses and they all did well. I have also accompanied show horses, and tuned them out, at numerous national shows.
