Hi, I'm a current head girl working for a couple who event at 4/5*. I manage the day to day runnings of the yard on my own. I am looking to expand my knowledge more and would like to be part of a working team.Qualifications

Duties of Current Occupation
Currently a head girl on a busy professional event yard. The horses under my care range from 3yrs to advanced/ 4* level. I organise the daily yard routine and carry out all yard activities including mucking out, feeds and liasing with vet and farrier
Equine Work Experience
I have experience ranging from volunteering at my local riding school when I was younger and attending pony club. I have a key role in my riding club committee where i organise jump clinics as well as sending and entering members into official BRC events. I have retrained my own and others ex racehorses to have another career in multiple disciplines. One of my previous clients was a sales and schooling livery yard, where I would help ride her problemed horses and any small ponies she had in because I am small and compact enough to ride ponies. I ran my own freelance groom business with clients including low level riders to professional eventers and re backing services. From basic yard duties to riding and competing owners horses. I learned great skills in time management and how to communicate with clients in a professional manner. I was an apprentice groom at a busy livery and dressage yard, helping to run the day to day yard including all duties.
Specialities
head girl at professional event yard. running the day to day yard solo and organising other members off staff as well as liaising with farrier, physio, vet and feed/ bedding deliveries. Able to turn out to a high standard. including clipping, mane and tail pulling and plaiting, thread and band.
Type of Ride Work
I have experience in dressage and event yards. I have retrained ex-racers. I have been out with the bloodhounds for part of a season, as well as completing a season of team chasing recently. I am currently training my horse to event.
Competition Details
Currently work as a head girl on a professional event yard. Regularly attending British Eventing and FEI and and three day events.
