Duties of Current Occupation
Currently I work as a paraprofessional in an elementary school - I work with children with ADHD, autism, and other special needs.
Equine Work Experience
I have volunteered with Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue since July 2023. This work has been primarily with retired senior horses and rescue horses.
Duties have included: cleaning and maintaining stalls and paddocks; driving a gator-type vehicle; handling and leading horses; feeding hay, grain, and supplements to horses according to individual diets; and performing minor treatments on horses (treating wounds, wrapping hooves, administering meds).

I have worked primarily with draft breeds: seniors, rescue cases, geldings, mares, and yearlings.
