- If the job is more than hour drive from Fort Lauderdale I would need housing. I am no longer able to ride because of a neck fusion surgery I had 2 years ago in a riding accident however I'd love to manage or work as an assistant manager to a FLbarn.
Qualifications
I speak fluent Spanish. I have a Bachelors Degree and have learned equine skills over the years with my own horses I've owned and leased, I'd like to take classes online to advance first aid and treating for specific illnesses/injuries.
Duties of Current Occupation
Managed barn while trainers were at shows. Billed boarders, gave lessons to intermediate and beginner riders, turned out and lunged horses, managed grooms, gave meds, helped with show planning, emails, hosted barn events, worked at riding camp
Equine Work Experience
Rode hunter/jumpers since the age of 7 and have owned and leased multiple horses up until my neck was fused 2 years ago and am no longer able to ride.

Type of Ride Work
Have ridden hunter/jumpers all my life. Experienced with green horses as well as Gran Prix jumpers. Started teaching young riders after college at Foxfield Riding Camp in the 90's and later on worked for my trainer Lynn Witte in Rancho Santa Fe, CA at Woodgrove Farms in 1995. I have extensive experience around the barn and West Coast show circuit however no no longer can ride since a neck fusion. I am very professional and a hard worker wanting to manage a barn.
Competition Details
Yes I have competed hunters and jumpers throughout So CA since I was 7 up until 3 years ago. I also worked at Foxfield Riding Camp teaching and managing campers every summer in the 90's as well as worked for my trainer Lynn Witte in the 90's.
