Starting and finishing 2 and 3 year old including groundwork and stable manners.
Equine Work Experience
I have been in the equine industry my entire life.My family owns a boarding, breeding, and training facility with 200 head 83 of which are boarders/training clients. I manage the training program and maintain the facility with both indoor and outdoor arenas. We have a rotating turn out schedule as well as separate pastures for mares and foals. We have cribbers and other various issues that require special accommodations. I have experience with all different breeds and disciplines as well as lesson instructing.
Specialities
I muck 25 stalls daily as well as pick feet, fly spray/mask, check physical wellness of every horse in our barn. I also clean water buckets (bleach weekly) and check stalls and aisles for nails/cobwebs, sweep aisles and fill hay bags and outside hay feeders.
Type of Ride Work
Western pleasure, showmanship, trail, hunter under saddle, halter, reining, gymkhana, dressage, even have some drill team experience.
Competition Details
I have won all around high point for the central states horse show association several years. Grand showman of showman and first place at the Ohio state fair. Champion and reserve champion in western pleasure, showmanship, and English equitation at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. Also first and 3rd place in novice snaffle bit western pleasure at the buckskin world show.
