Looking for a Gap Year/Semester program.

I have worked/volunteered at multiple barns as a barn helper, a working student (informal), and a volunteer.

I have been riding since I was 8 years old, and I am now 18 turning 19 in April 2025. I have ridden ponies and horses ranging from super green and scared auction rescues to ex-GP jumper horses. I have also studied groundwork techniques.

I am very good with rescue and/or anxious horses and can ride ponies. I have not worked with foals or stallions, though, I would be very open to learning.

I have ridden a lot of different kinds of ponies and horses. I have ridden many warmbloods, thoroughbreds, and all sorts of ponies. I have only jumped up to 2'3 consistently and shown below that at the local level.

I have only competed at the local level but have done all sorts of competitions at that level. Including hunters, equitation, jumpers, and dressage. I have worked for barns at shows on a day to day basis.
