I had my own horse through high school and actively showed in Hunter divisions throughout New Jersey, and although my horse didn't come with me, I did ride for two years while at Skidmore College. I went back and rode for a couple of years at Spring Tree in Mendham, but gave it up to have children. I still actively attend shows in NJ, NY and CT as an avid spectator. Several of my friends are still very involved in the horse show world - both here in New Jersey and in Florida.

I competed in limited Equitation classes along with Children's and then Junior Hunters.
