Duties of Current Occupation
I take care of 30-40 horses, including feeding, turn-in: turn-out, mucking stalls, and grooming and tacking for lessons and shows.
Equine Work Experience
I have been riding horses for 11 years, starting with dressage and moving towards jumping, showing for 9, in flat-work and jumping classes, both hunter and jumper. As well, I have been working as a groom and beginner riding instructor for 4 years at a barn in New Jersey.
Type of Ride Work
I have experience in disciplines such as dressage and show-jumping, but have mainly been doing show-jumping recently. I mainly ride OTTB’s (some as young as 4 and 5), but I have experience in lots of other breeds as well, including gaited horses.
