Duties of Current Occupation
Teaching Hunt Seat riding lessons, rehabbing/schooling/lungeing lesson horses, Hunter/Jumper Training rides over fences 2'9" and on the flat to privately owned horses, advanced summer riding camp sole charge
Equine Work Experience
- For the past two and a half years I worked as a professional Hunt Seat riding instructor and Hunter/Jumper horse trainer. At a NYC riding academy, I worked along side multiple other trainers
- I was responsible for teaching private and group lessons daily, and rode whenever not teaching
- I rehabbed, schooled, lunged lesson horses, etc. and performed training rides over fences 2'6" and on the flat to privately owned horses
- I accompanied boarders to schooling shows on property
- For the past three summers, I was solely in charge of an advanced summer riding camp for children aged 7-17
- I was a supervisor to multiple camp counselors
- I am comfortable speaking in front of a large audience and or leading a team

Specialities
I have worked with horses for over 10 years. I believe in quality over quantity, wax on-wax off. I am a 2021 alumni, of Centenary University's Equine program. It is my passion to show the horses I trained and to teach young/mature equestrians alike, how to ride. As a professional I was trusted to be timely, safe, and to produce results in the performance of horses and riders. I can care for, maintain, condition, and train sport horses. I am detail oriented and can roll with the punches
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden and been around sport horses since I was seven. I have been jumping horses in the hunters/equitation for 14 years now. I am familiar and comfortable with the inner workings of caring for and maintaining sport horses. I am aware of the delicate art of working with green/young horses. I have taught horses to lunge. I am proficient at riding 2'9" hunter/equitation courses.

I have competed in "A" rated 2'9" horse shows. I have been a competition groom at "A" rated horse shows.
