Equine Work Experience
I am a lifelong horsewoman, growing up on a boarding farm gave me experience in every discipline and extensive knowledge of care and management. In addition to living on a farm, I have nearly a decade of intensive training and work experience in a classical dressage show barn. I began as a working student and evolved into an assistant trainer over the years, running training board programs, teaching lessons, and managing shows. I believe in working for your ambitions, always putting the horse first, and fostering a supportive community to help each other and our horses thrive. I am constantly striving to better myself through continuing education, training with top instructors, clinicing, and participating in academic opportunities.
Competition Details
I have quite a bit of show experience, as a competitor, groom/manager, and coach. I am very comfortable and confident under pressure, and am able to calmly guide horses (and riders) through their anxieties. I have earned my USDF Silver Medal, competing through Prix St. Georges. I have competed successfully in Regional Championships, have experience in the FEI Junior and FEI Young Rider Divisions, and am currently in the USDF Judge Education Program.
