Preparing medicine and administering medicine, feeding, turn out, blankets, stalls, maintaining clean barn, grooming, hosing down, first aid, taking temperature, being aware of colic or sickness, driving tractor and pulling muck wagon.

I began my relationship with horses as a child when I spent summers at my aunt’s farm. I began working with horses professionally in 2021, first at an equine hospital and then at a rural farm home to 27 horses.

I have a good eye for their personalities- when a horse is feeling a bit off I know it. I really enjoy tending to their basic needs which offers them a stable foundation and sets them up for a great day. I am great at supporting their optimal health and happiness.

I have been working with a trainer for two years - longeing, walk, trot, canter, trail rides.
