I have completed the Wranglers Association Certification course.

I am in charge of the upkeep and care of a herd of 40 horses. As a wrangler I am also in charge of leading trail rides with several guests at a time. I also am in charge of making sure all horses are behaving and correcting any undesirable behaviors.

I learned how to ride when I was 5 years old, growing up I rode off the track thoroughbreds. I spent the summer of 2022 working for Mackinac Island Carriage Tours, learning how to drive 2 and 3 horse carriages and work with Belgian and Percheron drafts. I spent the following winter as the barn manager for a dressage barn in southern Ohio. Currently I am working as a Wrangler at a guest ranch in northern Colorado.

I have ridden thoroughbreds for most of my life, taking them from jumpy problem horses to calm trail horses. I have also been able to ride and work with a 5 year old green horse and make him usable for trail rides.
