Duties of Current Occupation
I’ve worked as a farm hand at a breeding farm, providing me the opportunity to work with foals, brood mares, and stallions.
Equine Work Experience
I started riding when I was 9, in hunter jumping. I started with flatwork, and quickly excelled and progressed to jumping. I also have help start a few horses, and trained while unmounted with foot maneuvers and lunging on and off lead. When I worked as a farm hand, it gave me tons of valuable knowledge in basic horse care such as giving medications, grooming, looking for injuries or things like thrush and rain rot, turnout, and barn upkeep.
Specialities
I’ve worked with foals, and enjoy working with horses that can be challenging.

Mainly flatwork and jumping, but occasionally have ridden western horses.

No, growing up I was never able to afford showing. But when I worked as a farm hand I groomed the horses before the show.
