Equine Work Experience
Windsong Farm Riding School 10+ years of instructed western riding classes and barrel racing lessons. Helped with kids summer camps and assisted instructors in the arena during lessons as I progressed.
Specialities
Some work with foals, co pilot to drivers, harnessing, unharnessing. Cared for 100+ head; high turn out. Catching, Grooming, wound care: cleaning, flushing, topical dressing, bandaging. Administering supplements and dewormer.
Type of Ride Work
Western riding the most. Some dressage influence from a family friend but not much. Leading and tailing large trail ride strings up to 20 horses with riders. Ridden mostly Quarter Horses and Draft Crosses.
