Duties of Current Occupation
The day-to-day requirements of a 20-stall stable (grain, hay, water, supplements, cleaning, and basic equine first aid) as well as any extra duties required of me on a daily basis. Light exercise for horses who need it. Managing barn when needed.
Equine Work Experience
I have handled sporthorses, young horses, foals, problem horses, and everything in between, and I am comfortable handling and education horses who struggle with ground manners. I know how to manage the needs of a large stable, memorize feed and care instructions, administer first aid and make decisions in the event of an emergency. I can handle the comings and goings of vets, farriers, chiropractors, and lessons, and relay any relevant information about the horses to the specialists handling them. Riding-wise, I have eveneted on and off in my youth. Currently I am recovering from an injury resulting from a fall (broken humerus) and am working on getting myself and my riding back in shape.

Turning out for hunter/jumper professionals, helping run a lesson barn, first aid, rehabilitation, nutrition, maintenance
