Just resigned as a GM for a Horse Safari Company.Total sole responsibility of 40+ Horses. All medication and general stables management duties.Ran a volunteer project with the horses to people worldwide.Focusing on Safaris,Polocrosse & Show Jumping.

Basic horse first aid, Orders, riding and competing in show jumping, dressage & polocrosse, teacher to lower levels,BHS qualified (stage 2), clipping, traveling, plaiting, grooming, communication, basic accounting, mucking out, marketing and social media.I can work in a sole responsibility position or with others, I have International experience covering Zimbabwe, America and the United Kingdom. I have various experiences in different disciplines, from one end of the equine spectrum to the other:

• Worked in America as a Cowgirl and a loper for a cutting ranch - all of which was management possition.
• Worked in England for a 5* Eventer as headgirl, along with working for various riding schools and dealers yards. -Worked in Zimbabwe as a general manager for a Safari company that runs a volunteer project working with various nationalities teaching them horse riding and management principles and competed in various disciplines such as Show Jumping, Dressage and Polocrosse.

Management and Horse Care. Exercising / Schooling and Health maintenance. Working with people and horses as a leader/ Head Girl/ Project Manager. Having come from Zimbabwe I am very good at on the spot decisions and making a plan. where there is a will there is a way and I am very optimistic and passionate about getting things done. As you will see in the above link, this was the project I used to manage with the 40 odd horses, just a small glimpse of what I have run in Zimbabwe.

Typically an English rider, I compete in Jumping & Dressage locally & Internationally. I play polocrosse too, I worked in America where I learnt the ins and outs of western riding. I have been riding for the last 19 years and competing for at least 10. I am good with young stock and am normally the test dummy on any green horse, I also enjoy riding going horses and working them to the best of my ability. I am a patient and soft handed rider, I use my seat and my leg to get the desired results.

Competed in Show Jumping and Dressage for over 10 years, although mainly been focusing on bringing on young green horses recently but used to compete up to 1.10m jumping and FEI Novice and Elementary Dressage dressage. I have a number 1 handicap in polocrosse and have been playing this for roughly a year now and have competed in a number of local tournaments in lower A division, B division and in C division.
