Kailua Farm is a 40 acre quiet, secluded private facility 10 minutes from downtown Middleburg, VA.. Owner is an FEI-Level Dressage competitor and former high-level Jumper as well. We're a "boarding with training", and a "trailer-in" training farm with a small and premier clientele'. Katy has operated Kailua Farm for over 35 years, previously as a training and breeding farm via our foundation KWPN Stallion "Torrero". The current and future focus is Equine Rehab via our on-site Tradewinds Equine Rehab sister company. We also have traditional training clients. Our two latest rehab interns went into their new Vet careers at prestigious equine medical centers and NoVa New York.
