Riverlands Equestrian Facility near Whistler, B.C.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and knowledgeable individual with a proven record of producing horses and riders up the levels to head up our operation:

Direct facility operations Coach and train Riverland's owner, horses and facility clients Develop business and streams of income Prepare horses for competition and sale Travel to and participate in shows and clinics

Strong organization and management skills. Must be able to work as part of a team Devise training/ coaching plans with goals for horses and clients and set reviews Maintain coaching, training and competition records Regular scheduled communications with facility owners and clients Liaise with vet, farrier, therapists etc Liaise with Riverland's accounting departments and facility maintenance Hauling experience to transport horses to shows, clinic, equine vet Share industry contacts when beneficial for horse/ rider/ owner
