Queenswood Stables is a beautiful equestrian facility located minutes from Ottawa in Navan, Ontario. Queenswood specializes in the care and maintenance of their horses, training and producing some of Canada’s top dressage horses and riders. We have on average 45 horses on site with an excellent team in need of a leader. Queenswood is looking to add a Farm Manager to take the lead and delegate daily tasks in order to keep our busy farm organized, clean and operating seamlessly.
We have working students, farm staff, and trainers. Our idea is to find someone who can oversee our farm operations so that our trainers can focus on riding. Our working students are expected to do chores in the morning and then to assist in tacking and warming up our horses for training. As the leader in charge, ensuring that farm duties have been completed is essential to the success of our business.
