I’m offering a volunteer position in a small horse business for horse training and rehabilitation, paddock trail and riding school with the HIPPOLINI Concept.

Apply if you are interested in learning more about horse training, barnwork, working with childrens and you are already experienced in handling with horses.

Riding skills could be improved during the stay. I am looking for a period of minimum 6 month or longer.

Duties are to take care of the 10 Horses and the barn, preparing horses for riding, training and lessons, helping in the lessons with the children.

You will learn about horse tensegrity training and rehabilitation on the ground and in the saddle, train and correct the school horses and ponies. You will get regular lessons in flatwork and riding to keep the horses healthy and happy. Independent riding inside and outside depends on riding skills.

Looking for a open minded friendly teamplayer. Willing to learn new things and used to work outside with all weathers. Some riding skills with a balanced seat and soft hands in all gates would be a benefit. We offer a separate room and living familiar with us and our two kids (6 and 8 years). Regular private training lessons and healthy food. Normally a 5 day/week and pocket money.

Possibility of living in a separate room in a modern farmhouse. We are living on a small idyllic barn 30km from Bremen in the North of Germany. If you have a drivers licence you can use our car to visit the next citys and shopping facilities or you will get a bike to use.

Individual way of training horses and working them to keep healthy or for physical recovery. Focused on health keeping movement and help them to find the right way to use their body. A small quiet stable concentrated on animal welfare, effective training and sustainable learning. Very familiar homestay with the chance to improve your German.
