As a member of our culturally open and diverse team, your daily routine will involve all tasks around the horse, including feeding, looking after, and working with our horses. Looking after the stables, the paddocks, and depending on the time of year the pasture. Dealing with horses of various ages and -if experience allows- dealing with the farrier, the veterinary surgeons and visitors. Keeping the courtyard, the menage, the sand school, the paths and vegetation on the farm and the fields tidy helps to guard the beauty and tranquility of the place.

Our philosophy: Maintaining and creating a pleasant environment for both humans and horses, nurturing a trustful relationship both within the team and between our animals and humans. Personality over experience, dedication over qualification on paper.

Part time or full time:
Full time is to be a 5 days-per-week- job, the 2 remaining days off, scheduled in accordance with your team's work schedule. Holidays: 5 weeks per year coordinated within the team. Part Time: 3 to 4 days per week. Holidays: as above but broken down to actual working days.

We welcome anyone willing to buy into the team's activities. Personality and team spirit are more important than any work title or specific experience.

Start of employment: anytime in October 2024/November 2024/December 2024, or 1. January 2025
