Serenity Arabians is a boutique farm specializing in breeding, training, and promoting the finest Arabian horses, as well as equine-human therapy and coaching. We are a women-led business and are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and professional woman to oversee and manage operations.

As the manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the care and management of the horses, and supervising the staff. You will work closely with the breeding team, veterinarians, and others to ensure the highest standards of animal care. This role requires a strong leader who can multitask, think critically, and manage both the business and the well-being of the horses in our care.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency. Supervise and train staff, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols, farm procedures, and care practices. Collaborate with the breeding team to manage the breeding program, including selecting mares and stallions for breeding, managing breeding schedules, and monitoring pregnancy and foal development. Monitor the health and welfare of all horses, ensuring regular veterinary checkups, vaccinations, and proper nutrition. Develop and implement strategic plans for farm expansion, business growth, and operational improvement. Manage farm inventory, supplies, and equipment, and ensure all resources are available for efficient farm operations. Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing the budget. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and animal welfare regulations. Foster relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to promote the farm and its horses. Attend industry events and auctions to stay up-to-date on breeding trends and opportunities. Work on marketing to promote our success and reputation in the industry.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management, specifically in the equine industry (Arabian show horses preferred). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of horse breeding, care, training, and health management. Familiarity with equine nutrition, veterinary care, and stable management. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows efficiently. Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills. Passion for Arabian horses and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and operation. Previous managerial experience in a similar environment (horse farms, breeding operations, or livestock management).
