We are a small private family Showjumping yard based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, looking to hire a home/show groom. Duties include mucking out, feeding, use of the walker, cleaning/bathing, turning out horses, and handling young stock. We attend local shows around Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as attend some international shows around IRL and UK, and travel to Spain for CSI 3*/4* in Januaryfor the 6 week tour. Turning out the horses to a high standard is important as well as being able to take initiative and have time management skills. At the moment we are able to offer some riding for the right candidate who is eager, as well as provide training for an ambitious rider with a horse of their own. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team long term and find our yard to be a home of their own. If accommodation is required, we have a lovely apartment located above the stables.
