Looking for a keen enthusiastic individual to come and join our small family but professionally run yard.
The role will have responsibility for:
🐴 All general yard management, including mucking out, grooming, turning in and out, and all general aspects of day to day horse care.
🐴 You must be able to turn horses out to a high standard
🐴 National and international shows.
Must be someone who is open and friendly with good communication skills, and capabale of taking overall responsibilty of the horses. Someone who is organised and methodical with their work.
You will be working with top quality showjumpers from young horses through to Grand Prix. We have 12 horses max with 3 full time members of staff.
Fun friendly team to work with, alongside lovely horses. Live in position is available

LUCY STRUTHERS PROFESSIONAL SHOWJUMPER AND PRODUCER OF QUALITY HORSES Currently competing top horses targeted for age classes and the international circuit.
We are a small showjumping yard in North Hertfordshire. I’m looking for a happy, confident, motivated and dedicated person to work alongside a small professional team. I would rather an experienced person, however, I am willing to take on someone that loves to learn.
We have young horses as well as stallions, all horses are well behaved. We are not a dealing yard; I produce horses for top level.
Facilities include a hot wash, solarium, walker and floodlit ménage. For the right person there will be a chance of both international and national shows. Including both shows abroad and in the UK (this is optional)\
Lovely private tidy individual accommodation on site if required.
