We are looking for someone full time to join a young and sociable team to help with both event horses and mares/foals on the thoroughbred stud. Experience is not essential, but the willingness to learn is key! Unique opportunity to gain experience and learn from two different parts of the equine industry, from foaling and yearling prep, to helping produce and manage Eventers.
An interest in the TB industry or racing would be good and someone who is happy to hack would be ideal but not essential. Plenty of opportunities to work with vets and farriers, be involved in foaling and work at thoroughbred sales. May suit someone looking for first job after equine college and looking to specialise in the thoroughbred industry, or just someone local who would like to keep their hand in within the equestrian world. Real teamwork is required as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Happy and professional team. We are looking for someone who is positive, has a good sense of humour and copes well under pressure!!
