Due to expansion we are looking for an additional team member

With the rest of our fabulous team to show you the ropes you will be looking after competition, livery and rehab horses. It’s a fun friendly environment with lots going on (product testing for Horse and Hound, vets clinics, team training, competition grooming - not to mention filming of major top film and cast on site!) as well as day to day training. Our horses compete at International competitions - so there is lots going on. Our previous apprentices have had the opportunity to groom at Hartpury international for one of her assignments and another groomed for Tokyo 2020! Our more experienced staff have been finalists in the FEI groom of the year award.

Both roles incluse alll normal yard duties will be required including, turning out and bringing in, grooming, mucking out, feeding and riding depending on experience. For those more experienced we are looking for a highly motivated person who can take on responsibility of managing suppliers and yard organisation.

We have a very strong training ethos and our students include trainee vets, physios as well as horse care degree students. We have an excellent track record with all students attaining very high grades. There is a lot of help and support available for both the practical care and riding as well as any written work required. Our more experienced staff have the opportunity to attend specialist training or attain skills in areas such as HGV driving.

The right individual will be hard working, friendly and have a good sense of humour. You will be made to feel very welcome by our team and keen to help keep the yard running smoothly. We have a work hard, play hard ethos on the yard, it is a supportive environment with a strong team dynamic.

Accommodation is available in a shared modern flat with all mod cons, (dishwasher, power shower, video entry system etc).

Radnage House Stables is a professional well equipped yard, with over 40 horses to care for. We operate at the highest standards, to ensure the well being of our residents.
