We are seeking a dedicated Dressage Groom to join our team at White House Dressage. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horse care and committed to supporting the daily needs of our dressage horses. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quieter but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily care and grooming of high-performance dressage horses
- Preparing horses for training, competitions, and shows
- Mucking out, turning out, and bringing in horses as needed
- Assisting with veterinary and farrier appointments
- Keeping the stable, tack room, and grooming areas clean and organized
- Traveling to competitions with the team, providing high-standard support during events
- Monitoring horse health and behavior, promptly reporting any concerns to management
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of horse care, grooming, and stable management
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Physically fit, able to handle the demands of the job
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Confident in handling a variety of horse temperaments
- Ability to travel with the team to national and international competitions is a plus but not a requirement

Requirements
We are looking for a team player who is self motivated and has a passion for horses. You will ideally be comfortable at a minimum hacking large competition horses, although a non riding position would be considered for the right person.

Small private dressage yard with 6 horses competing from novice to advanced level. Full facilities including, arena with mirrors, lunge pen, turn out pens, wash box with solarium, heated tack room and rug room. We are looking for a someone who wants to be part of the team and who will work closely with the horses ensuring that their needs come first. We offer a friendly and supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to spend quality time with the horses as well as carrying out all the usual yard duties.
